Vulcanium designs and fabricates titanium and zirconium anode baskets for virtually all plating applications including, zinc, copper, chromium, nickel and tin. Rigorous quality standards and over 30 years experience assures every Vulcanium basket will perform as expected, to help produce consistently uniform plating thickness and more money-saving efficiency in your plating process.

Quality Benchmarks
• Expanded material is flattened to reduce anode hang-up, thereby reducing spot burnout and poor plating results, and consequent parts waste.
• Commercially pure metal is used to provide proper corrosion resistance and longest service life. Our global resources assure a dependable supply of quality material.
• Welds are purged with inert gas to prevent oxidation, and are inspected for integrity. Quality welds allow better current transfer and prolong basket life by reducing the potential for structural failure as well as for corrosion.
• Hooks are designed to carry the proper amount of current to anodes. Heat is dissipated more efficiently, so baskets run cooler and operating costs are reduced.
• All edges are deburred and smoothed, making the basket safer to handle.
• Standard baskets will hang straight to within 1/8" per foot of basket length.

5-Year Quality Warranty
All anode baskets and buss bars, regardless of the material of construction, are certified as free from defects in material and workmanship for a full five years from date of purchase (when used under normal conditions). This guarantee does not apply to corrosion-related or mechanical damage.
